2 cups strawberries
1 cup  raspberries
2.5 cups lamb's lettuce
⅓ cup walnuts
1 avocado
1 lime
2 TBSP SCD yoghurt
1 TBSP mayonnaise (SCD legal)

75 grams of lamb's lettuce
30 grams of walnuts
1 avocado
1 lime
2 TBSP (30 ml) SCD yoghurt
1 TBSP (15 ml) mayonnaise (SCD legal)

Instructions

Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut the strawberries into quarters. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, scoop the flesh out of the peel with a spoon and cut into strips. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.

Grate the green zest of the lime and squeeze half of the fruit. Mix the lime zest and juice with the yoghurt and mayonnaise to make a lime dressing.

Divide the lamb's lettuce over a flat dish. Divide the strawberries, avocado, chopped walnuts and raspberries over it. Drizzle with the lime dressing. Grind some fresh pepper over it.

Notes

Keeping the base of lettuce, berries, and lime-dressing the same, you can add a variety of extra or different ingredients like cucumber, pine nuts, pecans, spring onions (not too much), and different kinds of lettuce.
